The Weekender tickets will now only give you admission to the event ONLY.

In order to camp and bring your vehicle onto the grounds you will need to have a Vehicle/pitch Pass which will give you a 6 metre x 7 metre camping pitch. This will give you room for your vehicle and regular sized caravan or tent. As long as you can fit in that space thats fine by us.


Site Descriptions

General Camping – This has now moved to last years family field and the pitch sizes are now 6m x 7m.

Family Camping – This has also now moved to the sports feild at Holt football club -day parking and the pitches are 6m x 7m.

Arena Camping – We have a limited amount of pitches that are available which will be based at the end of the Arena field Pitch size is 6m x 7m. These pitches are open to anyone who wants to be situated close to the Main Arena.

Vintage Camping – This is something new for 2014/15. We are going to have vehicle only camping on the lawn in front of the hall. The requirements are that it’s a Pre 79 Vw Vehicle and you have NO tents. You can have a small awning which must not damage the ground. You will automatically get entered into the Show & Shine.

Club Camping – If you wish to club camp please do NOT buy these tickets but get the head of your club to email us direct at dubsatthehall@yahoo.co.uk and we will manually sort your club numbers etc.

Day Tickets - Day Admission only and cannot be used in any shape or form for camping!

If you want to camp on the general field and there are 4 of you and you're coming in 1 car, you will need to buy a General Vehicle/Pitch including 1 adult Pass and 3 Adult Weekender passes.

If you want to camp next to your friends and family the only way you can do this is to book the same field as them and be in the que next to them when they arrive.

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

ID is advised for all visitors as we will be operating a challenge 21 system

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a full paying adult.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Day Visitors can park for free in the provided car park located on the Sports Field. This will be signposted for the event.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

No.

Can I update my registration information?

Sorry, all information entered cannot be updated.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You will need to bring your printed ticket(s) with you and present them at the gate. Tickets will be scanned to ensure duplicates cannot be made. If you are unable to present all tickets required for your party, you may be refused entry or asked to pay full fee again.

What is the refund policy?

No refunds are given at all unless event is cancelled before the start date.
